SMS Terms and Conditions
Wildlife SOS and its affiliates (“We” or “Us”) offer a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these SMS Marketing Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully, as they constitute a legal agreement between you and us.
User Opt-In
The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages and other marketing or informational communications by opting in through methods such as online or application-based enrollment forms or by texting a keyword to one of our phone numbers, including traditional 10-digit numbers, toll-free numbers, or short codes.
Regardless of the method used to join the Program, you agree that these Terms apply to your participation. By participating, you agree to receive text messages, including automated text messages, at the phone number associated with your opt-in. You understand that consent is not required as a condition of making a purchase from us.
While you consent to receive messages and calls sent using an autodialer, this should not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any of our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (“ATDS” or “autodialer”). You and we agree that the system used to send our messages is not an ATDS.

The Program will attempt to send an SMS message if your mobile device does not support MMS messaging.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Program is provided on an “as-is” basis. It may not be available in all areas or may cease to function following changes made by your wireless carrier, including changes to products, software, or coverage.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in the receipt of messages connected with the Program. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Participant Requirements
You must have a wireless device capable of two-way messaging, use a participating wireless carrier, and maintain an active text-messaging service. Not all wireless providers support the services required to participate.
