On Saturday, October 6 at the historic Sowden House in beautiful Los Feliz, California, the second annual Wildlife SOS Tusk After Dusk wowed everyone — especially us! We were deeply impressed by the compassion and generosity of the attendees, the dedication of our wonderful volunteers, and the powerful musical performance and artistic expression that took place, all in the name of helping India’s wildlife. With everyone working together at the event, we raised nearly $75,000!
The evening featured a powerful performance from musical phenom ANML, a stirring presentation by Wildlife SOS cofounder Kartick Satyanarayan, and the live creation of two gorgeous paintings by artist Amy Burkman (see one of her paintings below). Host Fia Perera kept things light and lively throughout.
It was a night to remember for everybody! Very special thanks to Canna-Pet CEO Dan Goldfarb and Jenny Landers, who graciously let us use their beautiful home for the event. See the Canna-Pet website here: canna-pet.com/
We’d also like to thank our sponsors Tito’s Handmade Vodka for supplying a case of good spirits (in more ways than one).
Thanks again, everyone!
